English 12: this week is devoted to A Raisin in the Sun.

Humanities: we will spend this week on William Shakespeare's Hamlet.

English 12: we will finish up the Family unit this week and move on to Raisin in the Sun.

Humanities: we have started the last unit of the semester, the Renaissance, with a look at history and art. We are having a videoconference with the Philadelphia Museum of Art on Thursday to discuss medieval and Renaissance art, and we will talk about Don Quixote this week.

English 12: after the Macbeth test on Tuesday we are moving on to the Family unit.

Humanities: we finish our study of the Middle Ages with Dante's Divine Comedy; the unit test is scheduled for Thursday.

English 12: we continue our reading of Macbeth.

Humanities: our focus now is on medieval art and ballads and the King Arthur legend.

English 12: William Shakespeare's Macbeth is our current topic.

Humanities: we are currently studying the literature of the Middle Ages, specifically Geoffrey Chaucer's The Canterbury Tales.  The term paper is due on 4/22.

English 12: this week we are finishing up short pieces on the Power theme with a unit test on Thursday.
